Aikido Courses
Urakasumi Dojo offers courses aimed at the study of Aikido and Japanes martial disciplines for adults, teenagers and kids. Open evary day and in different hours.
Aikido courses are offered both in the Milan dojo and Lodo dojo with the schedule below.
Aikido lessons are divided based on age and preparation of participants. Therefore, there are courses specifics for kids and teenagers, courses for beginners and advanced alike.
- Aikido courses for children: (up to 7 years) introduction course to the Aikido practice. It integrates typical elements of the discipline, with playful activities to enhance the development of the child.
- Aikido courses for teenagers introduction course to the Aikido practice for teenagers. A preparatory course for teenagers before joining the adult courses.
- Aikido courses for beginners: course aimed to whom starts the practice of Aikido for the first time. It is focused on the basic movements and techniques of the discipline.
- Advanced Aikido courses: Aikido lessons aimed to students that already have a good knowledge of the discipline.
- Aikitaiso courses: ancient Japanese gymnastic for the psychophysical wellness. More about Aikitaiso.
